So NOT user friendly

Who la la la
I am new with this app. The programer need to design more friendly type of app. My status was green yesterday. Went to the mall to check in was fine. This morning check again, and turned out to be RED. Klik here and there realized that i did not see the check in time when i went to the mall. But Showing my check out time at 2.19am. So, try to fix this matter, someone told me it is hard to call via 119. No one picked up. And they told me reach out via email. And only auto respond. So, i can not go anywhere even though i was doing everything what they asked me to do. Vacsin (done) PCR 3X in a week with results NEGATIVE. Uploaded and got approved. Would you make it much better. Dont make it harder. Please design the app for stupid people like me. So, you can make the app more friendly. Thank you

Halo Rmunthe73 ,Mohon maaf atas ketidaknyamanannya.Jika Anda sudah divaksin, pastikan status Anda tercantum 'sudah vaksin' pada menu 'Status vaksin & Tes Covid-19'. Selain itu, pastikan hasil tes Covid-19 terakhir Anda negatif serta tidak kontak erat dengan individu yang sedang positif Covid-19. Jika masih terkendala, hubungi 119 ext. 9Terima kasih

Always crashes when opening

SATU SEHAT 5.2.0 update, IOS version 16.2, cannot be used at all. Always exits and opens app settings. Peduli Lindungi was fine. Why break that was functioning well? Version 5.2.1: improved from 1 star to 5 stars due fixing of app permissions bugs on app initialization. Let’s see how this holds up. 13 March 2023: app could not return to home page if help page is opened by link. There is no back button. To go to app home page we have to exit and re-open app. 30 March 2023, Version 5.3.1: Deduct 1 star for still not having a back button from the help and information pages to be able to go back to the main app from the “more info” pages.

QR scan is Not connected to my certificate

The app has both my vaccine certificates with the dates. Which is excellent. I’m able to see the date when I was first vaccinated and I can see the second day when I was vaccinated. BUT when I scan the QR bar at a public facility for example a movie theater or grocery store it rejects my certificates. I get a message saying I cannot enter because I have not been vaccinated although I have been and the documentation is in the app and it has been uploaded properly it’s not connecting the QR scan to my certificate. This is a problem. I don’t know why it says that I cannot enter and gives me a red stop sign that I cannot enter until I’ve been vaccinated. I hope you fix this because it was working before. I have not been able to enter any public indoor facilities because of this.
