I left a review before, where I suggested adding the ability to record our own sounds and manipulate them just as we would imported music, and I don’t know if that was actually already done before I said that, or if my tip was actually heard by someone, but yeah… With the relatively cheap price for the paid features, this is a heck of an app. The sound is great, with all sorts of different audio textures, importing over WiFi is super easy, and I’m looking forward to the record feature and the button that says “video” in that same import menu. Thanks y’all for continuing to update the app and making it something folks will want to continue to use for a long time as it gets better and better Edit: I’m really just trying to help, not complaining, but being able to record or import our own audio is great, but it would be awesome if we could also convert those files to 8d with the current settings chosen, and actually *save* those files in 8D to be downloaded again to our laptops or other phones or whatever. Not sure if it’s a technical issue, making it a difficult thing to do, but converting imported files and saving them as 8D… please and thank you. 😅 (Imma try a cable from my iPad to my iPhone in the mean time, wish me luck lol)

I have ADHD and often struggle with getting sort of frozen, unable to make myself do anything, and I'm always looking for ways to make my brain thaw out so I can function. I heard that some neurodivergent people found 8D audio calming for their brains, so I tried it on impulse, and now this app is an essential part of my day-to-day life. I upgraded and very much appreciate the ability to adjust things like speed, reverb, and such for my needs on any particular day (sometimes what helps my brain at one time or with one song is not effective in a different scenario). Also, the ability to access my music library without needing to convert anything is amazing. I previously used a bilateral stimulation app where it did have to convert each file first, and not only did it take time (though not too much), it created huge new files, which really added up if I converted more than a few songs.

I will be going premium at only $4.99/yr!!! One 8D app I have uses 1 coin per song and you get those coins by watching videos and you get 10 coins every hour as long as the app is open. THIS app...8 Dimension...lets me play my songs by songs, artist or playlist.I can import and create a playlist within the app. My songs are not interrupted by a man’s voice coming on to tell you about going premium(as in the unnamed, aforementioned app; every couple of songs or so🙄). To the developer: Thank you for caring enough not only to make the app, but to make premium affordable!!! Just WOW😍

Okay, so you have to own music to use this app. I’ve been buying my music from the iTunes Store. But once you own that music, it automatically shows up in your library. For only $5 for a full year, you have the ability to adjust things as you need. I will say that I wish the speed could go faster, but overall, this is exactly what I’ve been looking for. I only listen to 8D music now because it’s more immersive and there’s not many songs out there already converted.
