No way to report bugs

Overall the app works ok I guess but I’m having a bug when I look at my schedule signatures page and choose one of my clients and as it switches from the selection screen to the display of schedules it displays a name of that I’ve never served before as it loads then switches to the correct name once it loads. There is no way for me to report this other than here. It’s pretty buggy in general though

This app often doesn’t connect which prevents timely log ins. It also tracks location when not being used which not only drains battery but invades privacy. Even when I reset it to ask for access, once permission is given, it continues to track after log off. My location shouldnt be tracked once Im off the clock or without my permission.

This app is garbage. They need to rebuild it from the ground up. I can see why it hasn’t been dropped for a better one. Buttons are too small and too close together. Once you hit the wrong button, there is no way to go back and fix the mistake. The app is just a joke. It will let you clock off without clocking on. If your company is thinking of getting this for your employees, move on. Your company doesn’t deserve you as an employee.

There have been times that I’ve tried clocking in and have done all the steps to clock in and it doesn’t let me clock in like usual. And it seems to be location based issues.
