If you have a booked reservation with one of our customers (Hotel, BnB, Hostel, etc.), you will receive an SMS withing minutes of completing your reservation, asking you to download the RADEFY Guest App.
Once the app is installed on your mobile device, you must pass our security check, by entering your mobile phone number and then the 6-digit Access Code that you will receive via SMS.
The RADEFY Guest App will become active at the time and date you are scheduled to check-in, and will become deactivated after your check-out. Use the app to open your Hotel or Building main entrance and the Room or Apartment door. As an alternative way, you may enter the PIN manually on the lock keypad.
