I just received my first order including the scale! I am so excited to start again after being away for more than 18 months. When I was forced to leave due to a move out of the area, I had just reached my goal weight and not able to go through maintenance. At the time, this app wasn’t fully functional and still required visits to the clinic. Now, after a year of COVID, the benefits of this app are amazing. I am looking forward to reaching and this time maintaining my goal weight for the rest of my life. Thank you so much for the staff at Hernreid.

Love Hernried Center/Keep it Off program, but this app needs a lot of work. I’ve been using it since Oct 2021. Cons:1) right now, it’s showing that i need to update the app, yet when i check the updates, it’s already updated but the update reminder/warning won’t go away. 2) constantly loses synch connection to fitbit3) impossible to know when the provider is calling. It’d be helpful to have a separate section for provider calls (already gave this feedback to helpdesk & KIO program) 4) food database is limited & cumbersome to search. Why recreate the wheel with a less effective product? Why not allow us to connect to my fitness pal which is super easy to use? Pros: 1) love the connection to scale & monitoring of weight2) love the availability of modules, but would also like the ability to print info (much too small to see on a phone)

This app freezes has no description when you use the barcode to scan foods so you have no idea if it’s going to add the right one or not and it’s just plain not user-friendly. It’s frustrating enough trying to stay on a diet then you add an app that just doesn’t work.
