What can you use myNoise for?
There are thousands of reasons why you'd need to immerse yourself in an ambient sound you crafted yourself. Here are the most frequent ones:
• Stress & anxiety reduction. Create your the sound background you need to relax. Use it to cover the external world when you need it the most. Useful for PTSD.
• Focus & productivity. Create a stable audio environment for studying, remote work, or office tasks. Noise masking reduces distractions from coworkers, household sounds, traffic, or shared environments. Many users with ADHD/AuDHD, attention disorders, or autism user our sound to create the sound environment they rely on every day.

Another example: the “Mediterranean Garden” soundscape allows you to control ocean waves, wind, cicadas, and nature layers to build your own relaxing environment.

What sounds will I find in the app?
myNoise currently includes 300+ soundscapes, including nature sounds, urban ambiences, musical soundscapes, tonal drones, synthetic noises. Many soundscapes also include natural forms of white noise. These natural noise sources often they feel softer and more organic than synthetic noise.
