Added support for Case Management, which allows you to view videos, images and receipts in case files. For this release, Case Management is view only (you can review cases already created on the CES using other clients, but you cannot edit or create new cases).

• Support for End-to-End Encryption — Command Mobile Plus supports end-to-end encryption when connecting to a CES. To use the feature, you must upgrade your CES to v.2.19.0 or higher and your recorders to v.6.9.0 or higher. You must also correctly configure the feature on both CES and recorders.
