Minor bug fixes

* New: All mobile app features are now available in a desktop browser. * Other minor improvements.

Bug Fixes: 1. Activities Calendar View displays activities for the selected week. Color coding removed. 2. All activities display in Calendar View when using filters from List View or more than 50 activities. 3. Expenses added to an Activity display Expense Category choices, as determined in Admin Portal. 4. Updating Referral’s Practice syncs with Referral Group in MedInformatix RIS/EHR.
