The app will give real estate agents, brokers, property managers, and other real estate industry professionals confidence their time spent meeting potential clients results in a higher success rate with the help of the real estate professional community.
When these professionals schedule appointments, they will send an invitation to their customers to confirm the appointment through a text message. Customers who receive the text message invitation to download the app will confirm the appointment with time, date, and location. In addition, the app will show the appointment location through the Google Maps API.
After the appointment, the real estate professional will receive a notification to rate the customer on a scaling basis. The first question is, did the appointment show up on time? If the customer shows up on time, they will get five stars.
Depending on the time of arrival will determine how many stars they receive. The real estate professional will then receive the next four questions. Finally, if the customer does not show up, equal to one star, the real estate professional will be prompted with one final question; Will you reschedule?
The customer who didn’t show up can receive a maximum of two stars based on the rating weight of the two questions.
The application makes real estate professionals better aware if scheduling an appointment with a customer is time well spent or will waste their time. For example, an individual who constantly is a no-show appointment and has one or two stars, the real estate professional now knows to decide whether they want to spend their time traveling to meet the appointment.
