Keystroke Account Manager (KAM) gives our customers online access to a wide range of account information regarding the Act! subscriptions, support contracts, and software licensing from anywhere, and on any device.
From the convenience of their mobile device or computer, our customers can use the KAM to pay their bills, renew their software subscriptions or support contracts, chat online or book appointments with our staff, and even receive notifications of recent blogs to keep them informed of all critical updates.
The KAM also features handy utilities like the proration calculator to determine the cost of adding licenses during your subscription term, and even a foreign exchange calculator for our Canadian clients who want to see what all the pricing will equal in their currency.
In addition to these handy features, the KAM also includes links to our Actcessory Market for buying add-ons, as well as our Knowledge base.
Simply put, the Keystroke Actcess Manager is the one tool you need to manage all your Act! software needs, and it’s only available to Keystroke customers – free of charge.
