App needs fixing

App needs an update everything is glitching. Every week my points reset as if im a new registered driver. My information shows Null everytime. Everytime it logs out i have to do an assessment. I ordered a sensor and it didn’t arrive. It never registers my points while im driving. I feel like you’ve created this app as a pilot, and forgot about it or about improving it.
