But lately it appears as they’re using a translation app that creates a chaotic. The words they use in the email replies are non related to your issue and I haven’t even heard some of the words they use.The app is not straightforward anymore. You have to guess at it and most of the time the guessing works the opposite. If they clarify the language usage and simplify the app, this app maybe ranked much higher.

Bring back the 1 DOT or less staking minimum! 120 is no small chump change and not only will that run off your average joe but also people who might want to try and learn first with a few DOT before moving up to larger amounts.

Super easy to contribute to crowdloans and good staking, which I plan to after some parachain crowdloans that I have interest in.
