I am in love with the workout I get from these classes! It’s almost addicting… and I am looking forward to getting in shape with these amazing instructors, especially Neena!!! The music she plays during class gets me so motivated and ready to conquer! Highly encourage and recommend trying a class or two out!

I’m in the very beginning phases! I have to be honest, after the first workout I thought it was to hard for me. And here’s the but, with amazing instructors and staff who really give you that go at your own pass vibe I’m still going and I feel great!
