Whether you are a former athlete or just someone that wants to get fit this is the place to be. Madabolic is functional strength training. It is in a group setting but also has a personal training feel in that the instructors give very specific corrections to keep people safe and maximize effort. It is also fun and super effective when done consistently. Combined with a well balanced diet you will definitely see results with their 52 week programming! Simple put…IT WORKS!

Hi, I’ve recently come to MADobolic to try out different ways of working out. The classes have been super challenging yet rewarding after the fact. But mostly I’ve decided to become a member because of the amazing coaches, especially Miss Danielle. They keep you very motivated during class and take time for each individual member. I look forward to more classes and personal growth. Thank you for having me.

It’s easy to use, and I can add classes to my calendar. Having an immediate feedback window pop up is good in my opinion, even if it occasionally gets left blank. It would be nice if your list of classes didn’t change to “Work. Rest. Repeat.” after it gets added to the main page. Why not leave it as Momentum, Anaerobic, or Durability? I’d like to open the app and immediately see what the day’s session will be instead of having to reopen the booking system.

Love MADabolic as a workout - but the app leaves a lot to be desired. Scheduling is easy, but that’s about it. The 52-week schedule is a long list that you’ll need to scroll through for the year. Also - the ability to have announcements or tips and tricks etc travel workouts, local meetups etc would take this app to the next level.
