You will use this app to access 2 things throughout your participation in the Vertex T1D Study: study notifications and video visits with your Study Doctor.
The purpose of this study is to learn more about the safety and tolerability of an investigational product in people with Type 1 Diabetes and impaired awareness of hypoglycemia (low blood sugar).
The goal is to try to provide replacement cells for the ones that are lost or don’t work properly in people with diabetes.
