Well worth the purchase. Been able to scan the text for textbook pdfs I own, makes finding the information so much easier to find while saving me the hassle of carrying the physical copies around. Highly recommend this app!
Unreliable and only updates the subscription modeled application

I have this app on my iPad Pro and MacBook Pro and they are worlds apart as far as reliability goes. Everytime I go to use the iPad version it’s rarely ever possible due to it constantly reindexing all my files which takes hours each time just from adding one file or sometimes adding none. I will search words on the MacBook Pro and receive a wealth of results but then on the iPad Pro it will constantly say “no results found” despite them neing the same pool of documents I’ve turned on and off the explicit synchronization, I’ve indexed the fils on my MacBook then saved them to make sure they were scanned properly too no avail. This app was 50$ and it was not worth it for a one person who constantly uses it for research I feel slighted for the fact that the pdf search application with as subscription model has beenn updated 3 times this year while the one time purchaser hasn’t been updated att all the entire year/ It isn’t like this app is perfect why would it be left unupdaterd while the subscription is updated ? That isn’t fair and I dont think I should have to buy it twice to get updates.
