Fixed a bug that prevented some users from seeing their complete list of stores in the application.

Users now have the ability to respond to and engage with Broadcasts via the introduction of a new commenting feature. Users can now add and delete their own comments, with notifications being sent to the author of the broadcast and any tagged users.

- Added the ability to delete comments. - Introduced a toggle to control the visibility of the delete button for comments. - Automatically hides associated media when comments are deleted. - Resolved issues where emojis without surrounding spaces were incorrectly linkified. - Fixed cases where the Extended Pictographic block caused errors or inappropriate matches with normal characters, ensuring proper emoji functionality.

Tasks: Fixed the display of large emojis when posted without accompanying text. Reports: Time-type questions now consistently maintain AM/PM selections.

Ensure that status badges show correctly across font sizes, and resolve issue where submit button display on already submitted reports.
