My experience with SNB Capital has been deeply disappointing. The share cost figures displayed on their platform are consistently inaccurate, creating a false impression of profitability while I am, in fact, incurring losses. This level of misinformation is unacceptable for a financial institution, as it undermines trust and sound decision-making.To make matters worse, their customer service is completely unhelpful. Despite multiple attempts to address these discrepancies, I received no meaningful assistance or resolution. I strongly advise against using SNB Capital’s services until they improve both the reliability of their platform and the quality of their support team.

Very basic app, frustrating login

SNB Capital app feels too basic for such an important service. Navigation is confusing, features are hidden behind menus, and the design looks outdated.The biggest problem is logging in — device registration fails often, Face ID doesn’t work consistently, and OTP codes arrive late (or not at all). Many times I end up stuck just trying to access my account.For a financial app, trust and reliability are critical. Instead, the experience is slow, buggy, and leaves users frustrated. This app needs serious improvements in login stability, navigation, and overall usability.
