1. You can’t sign up through the app, have to create an account on website 2. App is asking for authentication every 15 seconds- minor nuisance 3. App “forgets” what you were doing almost every time it authenticates4. Claim submission claims (no pun intended) to be able to use the camera, but it is a lie5. Claim submission doesn’t know how to format pictures to fit its “field of view”6. Claim submission locks up and just hangs there with the blank screen. After that supposedly claim maybe is sent without the attachment (website shows some “messages” w/o attachment The only functioning features so far seems to be ID card and request for physical ID card (hopefully). I think developers should be sent to answer customer support calls as punishment for shady work. Maybe it would teach them to do better job.

Crappy authentication/sign in issues. Seems like they should be able to address these basic issues. If you haven’t opened the app in a couple weeks, the facial recognition sign in fails and you have to re-sign in with password but be careful where you tap to sign in after entering password, the touch field is buggy and you may go to the forget password page. Next, every time after you’ve signed in and navigate to another app and then go back to the RGA app (haven’t closed the RGA app or sign out, mind you) it does the facial recognition thing and then resets to the Home Screen rather than where you were, like viewing claims. RGA, you’re in the Seattle area that’s up to their eyeballs in tech talent, do better.

I made a log in only a few days ago but now when trying to log in to the app or even on desktop it says it doesn’t recognize any of my emails or even my employee id as being in the system.

This problem with this app is that it doesn’t allow you to use any of it before crashing. Insurance is already complicated enough, but not having a tool to use when you need it makes it even worse. Please fix the app so it functions in a way people can use it.
