My daughter had developed a bump on her eyelid and was in some pain. I used the Clever Health app for a virtual care appointment. After answering a few questions and attaching a couple of photos of the area, I had the diagnosis almost immediately and was able to send the prescription to the pharmacy of my choice. We had the prescribed eye ointment in hand within the hour. It was very simple and really fast!

After writing about this app now for the third time I truly feel it deserves a 5 star, I have found a lot of help through this app plus its helped me save money for prescriptions! I hate having to go to the doctors just for them to say its a cold or have them jab those covid test sticks up my nose, this is quicker and if its more serious then they can recommend a more direct specialist or doctor.

So granted I have only been with clever health for a month but it’s so convenient and easy to use. Especially the prescription cabinet so I can get my prescription for less money. Now I haven’t tried the virtual care yet I’m debating on trying the primary care or just the virtual care in general see how it works. But if you don’t have clever health you’re definitely missing out.

I was very pleased with the response time as well as the results of using this app.When I first came down sick, I was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection, and they did prescribe a cough medicine and gave me other ideas to help me through my illness.Then one week later, I became sick again and used the app and found out I had a sinus infection. I was then sent an anabiotic to send to My pharmacy of choice and also other recommendations to help with my sinus infection.I prefer to use this app when I am sick. It eliminated me having to get out and go to the doctors when I didn’t feel well, as well as not having to pay a co-pay.I will use it again the next time I become sick.I am 100% satisfied!
