Implemented Managed Inventory visualisation. Choosing a date during ordering, shows availability colors on the dates. After selecting a date, an available products view is shown with which the user can accept all available product quantities or go back. Implemented IsSoldOut flag on products, to replace the hasCapacity() implementation, nescessary for daily fresh products.
