The UNHCR Wellbeing app offers an opportunity for self-assessment with instant feedback, learning more about mental health issues through easy-to-read articles, videos and links. Contemporary topics such as coping with COVID-19 are included. Upgrades in terms of content and functionality will be made regularly on the basis of the uses’ feedback. The UNHCR Wellbeing app does not collect personal information from any of the offered tools and the users can rely on the confidentiality of their information.
