Great but needs to be fixed

Love the game but, when playing dynamic mode I sometimes reach a point where I can no longer add rows (there are no more possible answers). The option to “shuffle” is never offered and I then have to restart a new game. This is frustrating as I am supposed to be able to shuffle when at this point. This happened a few times and then shuffle appeared on another after restarting a game. (So seems to be some kind of glitch) Please fix and I will adjust my rating accordingly.Edit...another error...,when choosing two numbers sometimes only one disappears while the other stays on the board.....this makes the game unfair........Please fix these glitches.

Love the game but entirely WAY TOO MANY ads. I once made a purchase to remove them but now it’s telling me I need to spend $12.99 in order to remove them again. An ad every time u add to the board, shuffle,and everything else is entirely way too many
