I usually do my banking at the drive-through. Ninety percent of the time I receive wonderful customer service. I’m very happy with Directions Credit Union. I want to say that within approximately the past month or so, I made a trip to the drive-through on two separate Saturday mornings(Reynolds/Dussel). I’m sure that the teller was busy and may have been the only one working so I patiently waited at the window for about ten minutes. At that point, I was wondering if it was possible that she didn’t realize that I was there so after waiting a few more minutes, I decided to push the call button. When she came to the window she had a scowl on her face. She looked over the slip that I’d filled out and this last time she actually said, “What is it you want to do”? I had a deposit slip made out very clearly stating what I wanted to do. Simply deposit two checks into my checking account. It wasn’t complicated in any way but she seemed either confused/angry or both. She stepped away to do the task and when she came back she very sarcastically said, “You have a WONDERFUL day”. She had a very deadpan tone and facial expression.Hey, I get it . . . we all have a bad day sometimes but we are adults and I think although it isn’t always easy, we learn how to curb our anger. I wanted to make you aware of this so that maybe if a brush up in Customer Service is needed, she could get that. Sincerely,Lisa M. Schoenhofer

New customer. Absolutely horrendous design. App not adaptable to device display. Unable to exit or go back as those aren’t visible on screen. Mobile deposits being rejected claiming photos of back of check not legible even though app accepts. Never had these issues with other financial institution apps.

When making a payment it will allow you select date prior to the due date which is normal but if the date is too close to the due date then your account show past due if the payment is pending which is soooo dumb. So now I have to submit payment 4-5 days prior to the due date so it has time for the pending payemnt to go through… imagine having to factor that in for paying your cell bill or any bill. Also, iou get zero notification once the payment is made, no email or anything. This app is primitive and truly incomplete. Directions Credit Union need to do some major updates. On top of that - they’re very hard to get ahold of once your see you’re past due even though you made the payment.

The app is terrible everyday it's always something error or maintenance it's becoming problematic when u can sign into your bank app every other day. They will disconnect your account to everything for no reason won't let u reconnect and will pretty much tell u oh well too bad they have had so many technical difficulties that has cost me to miss bill payments and everything else and they will never get it right I had to eat late fees and everything else in my own bc they can't get there app/website to run correctly. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND I WILL BE GETTING A NEW BANK ASAP!!!
