Praying My Groomer Will Ditch This App!

It is the worst. Confusing navigation to add additional services and makes you scroll through every possible dog breed (mine’s a Norwegian Elkhound…way down the list!). I book the same appointment every time, but it doesn’t remember, so I have to go through every tedious step. Sometimes it shows available appointments, and sometimes it doesn’t! Now…once you’ve scrolled, clicked, and done a deep search to load what you need in your cart…it crashes and won’t let you schedule! My groomer doesn’t like to make appointments by phone…but I’ve had to the last several months regardless :(

I haven’t been able to book my dogs’ appointments in a month due to the app crashing every time I open it & select a pet. I’ve completed all updates & nothing fixes the issue. When the app previously worked, the booking process was very glitchy & needed streamlined.

I have been trying to book grooming and nail appts for my pup for a month but every time I try, the app crashes and says I need to update to the most recent update. I’ve updated it and it still keeps happening.
