Depending on the clinical trial, Clinical ink may provide some or all of the following capabilities: · Assistance with addresses and/or directions for your upcoming visits · Reminders to take medications or perform tasks that are part of your clinical trial · Relevant videos or content to help you understand more about the trial that you are part of, or to help you prepare for upcoming tasks or appointments · Questionnaires about how you are feeling or about performing trial tasks · Feedback about your performance on trial tasks If you have any trouble downloading or using this app, please contact the clinical trial site where you are a participant.

This is the slowest and glitchiest app I have ever used. It takes forever to load screens and sync. It constantly signs you out of the app or crashes. There are SO MANY unnecessary screens/prompts and repeat notices that also take an insane amount of time to load. It honestly doesn’t make sense how bad this app is or why it is so slow. I would never willingly use or recommend this app, I am only using it to participate in a study.

That this app is used for clinical trials is dangerous. I’m asked to use this app to track my taking of a daily trial medicine. The app is reliably slow and buggy. It takes multiple attempts to login without error (correct credentials, their system errors upon login). The login process with retries takes upwards of 5 minutes (it’s that slow and error prone)Once you login, the responsiveness of the app is so bad that clicking on simple controls will often take 10-30 seconds per action to see any change in the UI. To fill out a simple 3 question form will take a total user time of upwards of 7 minutes from login to finish. I’ve had days where I’ve been unable to login to track my dosage and as it’s a daily drug, the days blend together and not being able to verify if I’ve taken the medicine runs a risk of double dosing or missing. If you’re a CRO running a trial, you’d be better off asking trial sites to use paper and pencil.

I never write negative reviews. My mama taught me “if you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say anything at all” BUT I’ve never been so frustrated with an app in all my life! Currently have to back out to sign out to go back to password screen to even load which takes 20+ minutes. And this is better than before when it would load and go nowhere or lock me off all together with no explanation.
