Satisfaction Survey turns your tablet into a simple and powerful customer feedback kiosk. The app is designed for collecting instant feedback in physical locations such as stores, restaurants, clinics, hotels, offices, and service points.
Customers can quickly share their experience by tapping a smiley button. The interface is clean, intuitive, and optimized for public kiosk use, allowing visitors to respond within seconds.
The system consists of two parts: a web-based dashboard and the kiosk application. Surveys are created and managed in the web dashboard, where administrators can configure questions, upload custom images, set conditional logic between questions, and monitor results. The kiosk app is installed on a tablet and is used to collect responses from customers.
Administrators can customize survey questions, upload their own response icons or images, and build dynamic question flows based on previous answers. All responses are synchronized with the web platform, where real-time statistics and analytics are available.
