I first wrote my review when I didn’t really know what was going on or how to play the game. I am blind and use VoiceOver. I can play many simple games on the App Store, but some of the MMO and RPG games sound good but are not accessible to me. Since I wrote my first review around 7 months ago, I have figured out how to play the game. I have also become a Patreon supporter since I want to help to improve the accessibility. I have talked with the dev directly about certain issues and some of them have been resolved, such as the Crack the Vault minigame. I now play that game daily and win millions in silver to use for other items in the game. Others have written great reviews for this game, so I won’t add too much to what has already ben said. What I love about this game are the developer updates, which happen 1 to 2 times per week, which in itself is something you don’t see in many games. I love the ability for everyone to use their own play style, whether that be play on your own and make your own discoveries, or play and use the chat feature to get help and hints at how to do things. I love how the game updates provide things for players at all skill level, from beginner to advanced. This is also something very unique about this game. There are too many things to list here, but I have been playing for 8 months now and that in itself is something. I would still like to see improvements made for blind players, but I also know this will come in time.

I started playing this game on December 4th. A few days ago I maxed out the four basic stats the game revolves around, and I did so free-to-play. First off, this game gives you a ridiculous amount of the in-game currency (gold) just by doing quests. Speaking of the quests, actually read them. Don’t immediately jump down straight to list of stuff to do then get to work. Simply reading the quests will enhance your gameplay experience. Secondly, I’d struggle to label any part of this game as pay-to-win. There are options to buy gold which you can use to buy perks, but as I already said, the game gives you a ridiculous amount of gold simply for playing it. As of today there are 57 one-time purchase for gold perks in-game and 2 perks which can be bought multiple times. I have 40 one-time purchase perks and have invested multiple times to the +50 inventory and stamina perks, all while sitting on 726 gold because I can’t decide which perks I want next. Third thing I want to mention before closing this out: The dev updates the game constantly, not only adding tweaks or new content but also listening to community feedback and implementing it in-game fairly quickly. I don’t know how you feel about incremental and grindy games, but if you are into them you owe it to yourself to give this a shot. The cherries on top: FarmRPG has a great community and the ability to switch between my iPad and desktop seemlessly. There is a lot here to like, if you like this kind of thing. It’s free and it isn’t mining you for data.

This is my first ever review for a game and while there is a small(almost useless) incentive to leave a review, it is never verified, nor requires a specific rating. I am confident in saying that this is one of the best web based mobile games I have ever played. I have only owned the app for a couple of months now, and have yet to get bored of the game. While this game is called FarmRPG it is much more than just farming, it has skill leveling, tons of mini games, and an amazing community. The gameplay loop is fantastic, at any moment where you think you are reaching a boring part of skill grinding, a new quest is added to take you mind off of your grind, and it always ends up either making your skill grinding easier, or more enjoyable in some way. The community is amazing, every person I have had the opportunity to interact with has been kind, and incredibly helpful. The game is not pay to win, and everything that could be bought with real money there is some way to get it in game, even if it is a little challenging at times. This is a game that operates smoothly and is incredibly enjoyable because of its honest and hardworking community, and while it scares me to share it with others for fear of someone toxic joining, I feel it necessary for me to leave a review in order to show the devs and the community how much I enjoy and appreciate this game.- Farmer navalship

Besides the game which is a nice way to pass time even if not as active compared to other games that typically have fomo / other harsh elements, Farm RPG is a one of a kind game that lets players go at their own pace instead of vying to be the top player at all costs. Sure, there's gold that can be bought like other games, but it can be feasibly earned to even but the best perks in a timely manner; instead of having to wait irl weeks / months / etc for just the cheapest of stuff in contrast.At the time of this review, I have played for almost a month. My experience with this game has been phomenimal- far beyond mobile game standards. You saw the title right? Yeah the community absolutely stands like an ultra chad even with 4 years of age. It may be only in some thousands for its concurrent players on, but it is very active / helpful even to this day. The staff are also on the same ultra fantastic caliber as the community, and even the developer themselves has helped me out when I needed support, and has even talked with me back and forth as well! I wished I could have discovered Farm RPG earlier, but better late than never.What are you waiting for? Go try out Farm RPG already!
