Before this, macro counting seemed overwhelming, my relationship with food was yo-yo-ing and after looking into a trainer to do map it out for me i realized there was no way I could sustain it financially. Turtle method has completely transformed my education on it, not only practically but mentally with my relationship with food and getting my body moving! Highly recommend!!

I couldn’t be happier. I love the scan barcode option for my foods that I enter into the tracker. It has actually eased my mind a lot with being able to have everything very easily accessible and easy to understand.

I have struggled with my relationship with food for most of my life but this app/approach really felt like a completely different experience. No judging myself or self loathing, just awareness and mindfulness which was eye opening and really healing.
