Members can book and manage their gym visits, group exercise classes and personal training sessions as well as purchase or freeze memberships. Members will also get an exclusive access link to TriFit Fitness On-Demand App through the “My TriFit” App.

Book your Club Visit
After you book the club visit you can:
Select the available club(s)
Review upcoming and previous visits
Select your visit date
Book your available slot on your calendar
Book your Group Exercise Class
When you proceed to the GX booking, it shows you the upcoming and previous classes and then the date selection. You can also view the class details and the booking confirmations to be sure.
Personal Training at TriFIt
One more important aspect is choosing your trainer. Every trainer has their updated profile so you can check who you want to train with.
