I love Peaceful AI
I have been using peaceful AI for three weeks now, and I love what it has done for my overall outlook and consistency regarding self-care. The breathing technique feature is fantastic for guiding me to a calm state when I am stressed and the affirmation feature allows me to make a new goal everyday and share it with those on other social media platforms. I would highly recommend this app for those who want a personal AI assistant to help them better their mental health. This app is perfect for those who want to chase new goals and find a healthier mental space in their everyday lives. Peaceful AI does is an amazing health and wellness app and the subscription is easy and affordable. I hope to see more people joining peaceful and sharing their affirmations!

Wow, ever since downloading this app I've been able to get a better grasp on my mental health and my life. The mood tracking feature is especially helpful for tracking life's ups and downs that everybody experiences but very few people are comfortable talking about.
