Torricelli's Theorem Calculator Based on Torricelli's Law, also known as Torricelli's Theorem, this calculator is a tool in fluid dynamics that relates the speed of fluid flowing out of an opening to the height of the fluid above the opening. Features: • Input parameters such as Tank Height, Tank Radius, Spigot Height, and Spigot Radius. • Simulate water flowing out from the tank in 3D. • Simulate the volume of water remaining over time. • Simulate water pressure over time. • Simulate water speed at the spigot over time. • Simulate water distance over time. • Simulate the farthest water height remaining over time. • Simulate the time needed for the water to flow out until reaching the spigot height. Torricelli's Theorem states that if a tank contains liquid and is open to the atmosphere at its top, and there is an orifice in the tank at a height h below the top of the liquid, then the speed of outflow from the orifice is √2gh, provided the liquid obeys Bernoulli's equation and the top of the liquid can be regarded as motionless.
