Doesn’t Work on Install

When I first downloaded the app it crashed every time I launched it. I had to delete the app, restart my phone and redownload/install the app, then it worked. Now that it’s working it seems like an ok app. But that’s some pretty poor QA to send out an app that crashes at first like that (for several users, according to the reviews).

An absolutely poorly designed app that is not designed even to accomplish basic functionality. If it is working, it’s not too bad, but tying itself to Ticketmaster is one of the worst factors…you have to do a secondhand login via Ticketmaster, which rarely works. I have to change my password multiple times a year, because it’ll straight up stop working. I’ve even had to change it twice in one day. I hate that we are forced into using this app and that BroadwaySD partners with a customer-last company like Ticketmaster.

Before the app needed a revamp the new update it’s worse you can’t see the schedule anywhere logging in to see tickets doesn’t work you need to do a better update this is horrible
