When I first downloaded the app it crashed every time I launched it. I had to delete the app, restart my phone and redownload/install the app, then it worked. Now that it’s working it seems like an ok app. But that’s some pretty poor QA to send out an app that crashes at first like that (for several users, according to the reviews).

I cannot even begin to describe the torture that this app puts us through. We’ve been season ticket holders for years, and our penance for this is not what we pay for our tickets but the fact that we are forced to use this app - the worst of the absolute worst. Want to login? Nope. Want to add Face ID? Nope. Want to buy extra tickets? Eh…maybe if you’re lucky. Sure, we *usually* are able to pull our tickets up when we need them, but that’s still something that feels like a truly exciting victory and an immense sense of relief after everything else that this app puts its users through. I’d advise against downloading it? But sadly, if you’re a season ticket holder, you have no choice…

Before the app needed a revamp the new update it’s worse you can’t see the schedule anywhere logging in to see tickets doesn’t work you need to do a better update this is horrible
