◆ 에이온 스마트(Aon Smart)란? 모바일 기기(스마트폰)를 통해 사진으로 촬영한 보험금청구서류를 전송할 수 있는 앱입니다. ◆이용대상자 에이온코리아보험중개(주)의 단체보험 고객사 직원이면 누구나 이용할 수 있습니다. (단, 의료비청구에 한하며 진단금, 후유장해, 사망보험금등의 청구는 불가능합니다) ◆ 알아두실 사항 1) 본 어플을 통하여 보험금 청구서류가 전송이 완료된 후 보험금청구서류 접수완료 문자, 푸시알림 등이 도착되어야 정상으로 진행된 것입니다. 2) 추가요청 사항이나 미비서류가 있을 경우 당사에서 연락 드릴 수 있으니 참고하여 주시기 바랍니다. 3) 보험금청구는 24시간 언제든지 이용이 가능합니다. (단, 보험사 접수는 보험사 영업일 기준 평일 09:00~18:00 에 진행됩니다) 4) 보험금청구서류등은 개인정보 및 민감정보로 보험사에 보험금청구를 위한 용도로만 진행되며 상업적으로 이용하거나 제공하지 않으며보험금 청구서류 접수 이후에 전송된 이미지는 삭제처리됨을 안내드립니다. 5) 문의사항은 에이온코리아보험중개(주) (전화번호 02-2260-2340) 로 연락주시기 바랍니다.
