HOW DOES IT WORK
Find the button that is the closest to what you may be struggling with, tap, and call the suggested helpline. Before calling, you can review a quick synopsis of the organization and the hours of operation. You can also choose to text a trained counselor by tapping our “General Crisis” button if calling is not for you.
The helplines we have chosen have helped millions of people all over the United States with depression, thoughts of suicide, crisis, addiction, and more.
Please remember that Helpline is not intended to be an emergency service. If you or a loved one is in immediate danger, please call 911.
