Useless app and useless team

I’ve tried to register an open a wallet for about 2 months, the customer service team does not reply on WhatsApp nor the app accepts the 3D liveness check, their competitor did accept and I was able to open up an account. Useless digital team, does not enable customers to even use the app.
This app is nice but stupid

When the account is locked for no reason. It requires you to reset password which never allows you to continue due to error “password should not contain 3 matching characters” i never had any matching characters but i still got this message. Now i’m stuck I can’t log in

My experience with the app has been notably diminished due to performance problems. It's slow and unresponsive, presenting a considerable delay as I move through it. This sluggishness turns what should be a straightforward navigation process into something both tiresome and exasperating.
