Gener8 should have never made their app accessible/available to its users in the United States if no rewards for our data!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like literally how brain dead and narcissistic would the Gener8 team would have to be to actually think ethically/morally think that should be acceptable. I assumed that rewards would be available shortly after downloading and using the app since i thought it was a new app but when I read some comments from a couple years back and still no rewards. They say they don’t know exactly when rewards will be available for years now. Gener8 has the audacity to collect our data and not actually know when rewards will be available to its users. Luckily I only have using the app for only a couple of months but I will not be investing my time into the app anymore. I will not be using Gener8 again until I receive absolute Confirmation that rewards will be available to its users in the United States. There are other apps like Gener 8 I have been using for a few years I invest time in that actually pays you for your data!!!!!!!!!!!

I know that the option is stated to be planned for. Although it’s now been almost 8 months since I saw this promise. Who knows this could’ve been promised even longer before I had seen it as well. Why let Americans participate other than to cash in on our privacy and data without truly providing a reward. Overall I enjoy the app more compared to other data collecting for rewards apps as it’s a wonderfully designed app. It’s just pointless for Americans to use the application in hope their points are worth something one day if at all.

You get literally NOTHING for your data

This is a total scam. They get your Google data, receipts from your email (that stop rewarding after the first 3 but undoubtedly keep collecting your info), your browsing data and you get…ZILCH. Nada. Jack squat. They get your data, you get nothing. And I do mean NOTHING. A developer will soon appear after I submit this review. They will say there are all kinds of ways to use your points. I assure you: there are not. Gift card? Sure…there are a VERY limited number of them and they’re only available on certain days at certain times. Seriously, it will say “25 available. Tuesday, 8:15.” So you can set an alarm and stare at your phone until the launch and MAYBE you’ll get a $3 gift card. Highly unlikely, though. Donate to charity? Sure…50 points max donation. A $3 gift card is 250 points. So a whopping $.60 donation. Raffles? Hahahaha. Riiiiiight. No one is winning these raffles that don’t really exist. More lies. You can also use your points to get discounts… discounts you can find all over the internet for FREE. Recap: you give your Google info, browsing data, and access to your email account and they give you nothing. NOTHING. Literally. They are thieves. My last review of them was deleted and this one will be too, probably. That’s okay - I’ll keep writing and submitting it forever. These people are shady users. Don’t let them use you.

Should have honestly waited to launch in its entirety with rewards in US- while it’s nice to build up points for now it seems they’ve launched some months ago (at least 4 months) from me posting this review… most people are gonna delete the app and give it at 2-3 star review and call it a scam and if your anything like me the first few reviews I see tell me whether or not I’ll be wasting my time.. I hope to see rewards roll out in the US soon but it seems rather unlikely unfortunately. As cliche as it sounds I’m not interested in donating- I test these apps to find something that can make me a quick buck when I’m on the toilet at work.
