Went to their website to make a payment and they force you to download their terrible app and make an account and then your bill doesn’t even show up there and then they give you a option in the app to contact them and that doesn’t even work, your best chance is to call whatever location you went to and actually talk to somebody otherwise you’re s.o.l.

Once you download the app & create user & password it requires you to save a card on file to pay the bill. Why not just pay at the website? Making a lot of effort to pay a less than $20 bill. Might be a good reason why some people don’t pay the bill.

If you force people to download your app to pay a bill, you will likely wait quite some time for your $25 that you should’ve calculated during my visit in the first place. Additionally, I was required to save my personal info and credit card in the app for this one time payment and service that I will likely not use again. This is poor business. Do better.

Cannot pay online, directed to download this app. Cannot register, says unable to reach server every time. Have tried 5 times now, hours apart and on different networks. This app is completely broken. I guess I will have to call in and pay over the phone during business hours.
