Appointment reminders - Customers get email and SMS appointment reminders. All emails can be edited and can have attachments such as your T&C’s.
Invoicing - Attach a Service to a horse and when you come to do the invoic. You get a prompt to encourage you to make the next appointment before invoicing. You can create an invoice without an appointment. Deleting an appointment removes all record of the appointment.

Home - A list of todays and tomorrow's appointments with one click navigation. Never waste time going to an appointment when your customer is not there. Monthly and yearly sales, list of outstanding invoices and reminders of horses needing appointments.
Customer records - Easy to find customer records. Separate records for Owners and Yards / Barns. Customer details, their horses, all invoices, past and future appointments all in one place. Move horses from one location / owner to another. Easy navigation and texting your customers.
Horse records - A list of all of the horses you attend. Each horse record has details of the owner, horse's location and shoeing frequency. This could be at the owner's address, a field down the road or a Yard / Barn. You can store images, documents, video links and take notes. Also, see all of their appointments and invoices. Forms are a new feature. Create your own form in our web Form builder and complete on your App.
Collect payments. Get your customer to sign up to GoCardless and the money is taken straight out of your customers checking account. It’s safer for your customer than Credit / Debit card payment and less expensive for you (1%). Take Credit / Debit card payment or just mark how the invoice was paid. Really handy for your bookkeeper.
Multi user - Have more than one truck? Add an extra user (chargeable) and they will have their own calendar. Free access for office users and a bookkeeper. The Office user will have full access, can make appointments and invoice / take payments.
Reports - Lot’s of reports that you can export. Customer list for emailing, sales invoices, horses needing appointments, your purchases and more.
Purchase - Record what you spend, take a picture of the receipt and throw it away. Send a Purchase report to your bookkeeper and job done.
Forms - Build your own forms or use one of our templates using the online Form Builder. “Publish” the form and it will then be available to complete in your App. When completed it can automatically be sent to the Owner if required. All completed forms are stored in the horse record.
