The Enhanced Wellness Living app connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation. As a Enhanced Wellness Living patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your provider. Communicate with Enhanced Wellness Living in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages. This app is integrated with Apple Health so you can choose to share your steps, sleep data and other parameters with the Enhanced Wellness Living app. Intuitive Design The app is designed specifically for Enhanced Wellness Living patients and you can't use the app unless you're a patient already under their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Enhanced Wellness Living uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
