Sit With Me is a social network built for service industry professionals and patrons to connect.
Service industry professionals (servers & bartenders) earn the vast majority of their pay from customers through tipping and gratuities, yet often times have no input on who their customers are. Whether you just started in the restaurant industry or have made a career out of serving, we believe you should have the ability to influence who sits at your table rather than the traditional "luck of the draw" seating. It's time to give yourself a raise! Take control of your tables!
As for the other side of the table?
Customers can easily identify and support their preferred staffer(s) at their favorite restaurants! This will help the customer to know how to best support them AND receive the customer experience they want by connecting with them through Sit With Me.
Share Your Schedule:
Share your schedule so regulars know when you are actively working! Doing so will allow customers to independently identify if you are available the next time they go in to your workplace.
Privacy:
We believe servers should be able to take advantage of the benefits of connecting with customers without sacrificing their safety. All the information you share and who you share it with is at your discretion. We also have found that Sit With Me may be the safest option for these professional connections rather than providing your phone number or social media accounts that may share more personal information about you.
Notify Customers:
Message patrons to market when you are working or for specials or promotions during your shift. You will be able to send/receive messages directly from customers or send a broadcast message to a group of them.
Build Your Profile:
Building your profile will allow you to market yourself and foster that relationship between you and your customers. Industry experts have always connected with their regulars and this allows you to connect without disclosing your phone number, social media accounts or other personal information.
Market Yourself:
Having a public profile will allow you to be discoverable to customers looking for something new. Get attention from families on vacation or business travelers. Whatever your niche may be, full tables with great people who appreciate your service means a better take home pay.
Start Earning:
The purpose of this app is for service industry workers to start earning more! Customers can continue to tip the traditional way - or be directed to your preferred mobile payment app.
Premium Subscription Service:
- Membership has its privileges! Become a Premium Member to see the future schedules of your favorite Staffers. Plan ahead and know when and where staffers who you enjoy sitting with are working.
- Full schedules for staffers.
- Plan ahead.
- The patron/customer can upgrade their account (subscription) to view more shifts of staff/server on their profile.
- The patron/customer can view the shifts on the current day (today) as default.
- They can upgrade their account from Freemium to Premium account to view all shifts within 3 weeks (current week + 2 next weeks)
- Patron/customer can view shifts within 3 weeks if staff profile is public and patron account is Premium, no need to have a connection between them.
- Patron/customer can view their subscription information in Account Settings - Subscription screen.
Payment models for Premium subscription:

- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
