Create and manage your gym workout sheet and its execution in a simple way.
The application helps you create and organize your daily and weekly gym workouts, showing your daily list of exercises that will be performed for your physical training.
To add a training exercise you must enter its name or description and select the days of the week on which the exercise will be performed. Other information you can add are: the amount of sets, repetitions, weight, distance and duration time and rest time to better control the time together of the timer present in the application.
Fit Week is an application that will help you to set up and manage in a simple way your training sheet for the execution of physical exercises and weight training in the gym, so that you can keep fit and healthy.
