In this new release of the ASES VITAL App, beneficiaries visiting their primary doctor will now receive a push notification to rate the services received, helping improve quality of care. We’ve also added a new Nearby Providers menu option, allowing you to view providers close to your location, along with their contact details, accepted insurers, and navigation directions. In addition, beneficiaries whose certification has expired for more than 120 days can now conveniently submit their new certification directly through their app account. We continue working to make your experience easier, more connected, and more efficient.

In this version, we have improved the provider ranking feature to make it easier and more user-friendly for beneficiaries. Additionally, once a recertification is submitted, the app will now provide helpful reminders about the required supporting documents.

In this latest release, new applicants can now apply for Medicaid health insurance through the ASES VITAL App by completing and submitting the Certification Form for Plan VITAL eligibility. Additionally, applicants can securely upload and submit supporting documents for review, making it convenient and efficient to complete the application process anytime, anywhere.

In this new release, we have optimized the recertification application submission process to enhance user experience and efficiency. Beneficiaries can now submit their recertification applications up to 45 days before their certification expiration date and up to 120 days after the certification expiration date. This update ensures a more flexible and seamless recertification process for all users.

In this new version, VITAL Plan beneficiaries will be able to rate the services of their primary care physician and specialists within their provider network. Among the services to be rated are the doctor's and office staff's treatment, availability to schedule appointments, attention at the time of the appointment and the quality of the facilities, among others.

VITAL Beneficiaries can now access health coverage information through the new option VITAL Contigo. In addition, VITAL and Platino beneficiaries are able to submit the Non-Employed Work and Declaration forms through VITAL app.

This new release includes new document categories when beneficiaries send evidence for their Recertification Application and validates the process when sending the documents.

In this new release, the quality and format of the evidence images and documents is optimized. Addition, the search functionality for registered beneficiaries under caseworkers is fixed.

In this new release, primary Beneficiaries are able to view his/her certification expiration date, as well, as their members belonging to the family ID. In addition, app versioning is included in the login screen, and options can now be seen in dark mode.

We keep improving ASES VITAL app user experience, in this new release; we added a new functionality, account deletion. ASES’ Beneficiaries will be able to delete his/her account and recover their profile and data at any time.

Medicare Platino Beneficiaries, regardless of their status, can now register in the ASES VITAL Mobile App and take advantage of the following functionalities: - Submit their Application of Recertification to the Medicaid Program and send supporting evidence and other documentation -Know their eligibility status, Medicare Advantage Organization, primary care physician, primary medical group -Search for nearby Medicaid offices -Frequently asked questions -Receive alert messages for events and recertification reminders In addition, Plan VITAL Beneficiaries with ineligible status will be able to submit their recertification application.

In this new release, ASES Beneficiaries can now submit their Recertification Application through the ASES VITAL App to the Medicaid Program. The steps to complete the application are easy to follow and user-friendly. Once the application is completed and submitted, the app will email the application to the Medicaid Program. Also, the app will have the functionality for the beneficiary to send evidence documents, according to their income, and will be sent with the application.

ASES Beneficiaries can now make health insurer changes through the Vital app. Take advantage of this new functionality for you and your beneficiaries belonging to your family ID. Just register in Vital, add your beneficiaries, click the Change Insurer option, and confirm your change through the authentication steps. Also, beneficiaries can see the insurer changes in process and completed in the Change History option.

Now registered beneficiaries on ASES VITAL App can keep their profile updated by adding and/or modifying their telephone contact. Be ready to receive news, events, and notifications from ASES VITAL Plan. The telephone contact will be utilized as a factor authentication on our next app version.

New features are available in the ASES Vital App. Now primary beneficiaries can register beneficiaries belonging to the same family ID under one mobile account and have access to their Virtual Card. Also, beneficiaries will be able to change insurer within 90 days of certification. Moreover, beneficiaries and general public will be able to search Providers by physician name, specialty, primary medical group, town, and insurer.
