One of my trusted retail sites. Wide variety of designers and products at the best price. Items arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Customer service can’t be beat.
Login issues

Incredibly frustrating. Asks for login details every time the app opens. On the one time I was able to log in successfully, it didn’t sync with my web account, so I couldn’t see my order history, nor did it reflect the private sale prices that I qualified for. A waste of time. Until the user experience is better, don’t bother downloading.

LOG IN DETAILS WON’T WORK
TRM-MRT
My log in credentials that work on the website don’t work in the app — you’ll get an error message. I reached out to customer service and they’re rather unhelpful. I’ve sent screen captures and then they keep asking for me to record a video of logging in (how does that provide any additional info?) and I just cannot. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
