This app used to work great. But these last couple of months or so it won’t ever load past the login screen. Not sure how to let them know. And yes I deleted the app and reinstalled it and it didn’t help.

This app has been great for me and my family. All of our health plan info is available to us on the go with this easy to access app - ID Card, accumulators, claim info, plan info - you name it, it is there!

The i360 app is very helpful to have, especially if you need benefit information on the go. I can view my claims, EOBs and ID cards all from my phone. It’s super user friendly and easy to navigate.

App is unusable as is this “insurance”

I can never get this app to work. Even their website is unusable. Good luck even if you find someone, they won’t take this scam of an “insurance” and you’ll be given a huge out of pocket. “Imagine” how much their team will care if you quit your job or are let go. Consider all of those costs to be your responsibility now.
