I downloaded this to try with the free trial, which was for 3 days. I set it up, enabled my trial, and disabled my trial all in the same day to ensure that I wouldn’t be charged 32 dollars for the YEARLY subscription. Which, is ridiculous to be forced into a yearly subscription for a free three day trial rather than a weekly subscription. Predatory practice for sure. But either way, I cancelled my subscription same day and was still charged because any cancellations “within 48 hours” of billing will not be accepted and may cause charges to your account. So you get a 3 day free trial, with only minutes it seems to cancel it unless you want to be charged for a whole year. I’ve requested a refund and been ignored several times in my requests.
We’re really sorry to hear about your experience — we completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially when you took steps to cancel in time and still ended up being charged.Just to clarify, all billing and refund processes are handled directly by Apple through the App Store, and unfortunately, we don’t have access to manage or process refunds ourselves. That said, we never intend for our free trial or subscription system to feel misleading or predatory — your feedback is incredibly important and will be shared with our team. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at https://quicksmartworks.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new — we’d be happy to look into this from our side and offer any assistance we can.
