I cannot begin to express how grateful I am to have found this app. It has quickly become an invaluable part of my anxiety fighting toolbox. While it is not a cure-all (nothing is, unfortunately), it promotes stepping away and recombobulating in the most soothing, lovely way. I find that I use it most when I wake during the night. Instead of lying there re-hashing every failure and fear, I immediately dive in to this app and I usually fall back to sleep before the track finishes. Tahlee has an amazing voice and I listen to all of her vocal compositions regularly as I would any music artist. However, I find her instrumental compositions to have the most profound effect on my aniexty. I do not know the mechanism but, I find it impossible to think one negative thought while listening. I know it sounds strange but, I can actually feel those thoughts being held at bay…like a retaining wall for intrusive thought. I cannot and would not live without this app. Customer for life! I’ve been listening to Tahlee’s work for some time now. She writes amazing, relaxing and invigorating compositions, using meditones that create calm brain waves. I can’t explain how they work, really. I just know that listening to them clams me down, lifts me up, relaxes me, or motivates me to be a better person. And, the music is so beautiful! I totally recommend giving Restful a go!

Not only are the songs remarkably beautiful- but it’s like a soothing massage for my brain. Nothing can calm and soothe my mind like listening to these meditones. Meditation alone is hard for me to commit to or rely on myself for- now I only need earbuds and o am absolutely transported. This app/this music NEEDS to be heard by the world.
