The app is sub par. Definitely not worth the amount they charged my card even after canceling the trial the same day. What a SCAM. I wrote them asking for a refund and they simply said due to our policy we don't refund. So now I will escalate this with my bank, and go to the BBB if I have to. Always make sure you screen record yourself canceling subscriptions otherwise you get stuck paying for a subscription you didn't want. I did and that's all the proof I'll need. They could've just made this easy and returned my money. But I will not stop even after I get my money. This is wrong. It's stealing. Don't offer a free trial if you going to still charge them regardless.
