The app is generally good, but it frustratingly requires purchasing penalty points on each device separately, with no synchronization between them. I find it unreasonable to pay for the app and penalty points twice. Update: You can contact customer service through the "Give Feedback" option to receive reward points. To use the app on a new device, first back up the data on the original device, then on the new device, select "restore data" from a "backup." The process is almost instant. However, the developers argue that the app is best used on an iPhone and prefer not to implement auto-syncing, which I find to be a poor practice. This approach is not intuitive, deviates from best practices for app design, and does not fully incorporate user feedback. Ironically, they were unaware that I work in app development, user experience, and provide feedback professionally. Even after the backup the videos I purchaseddo not show up as purchased on the new device (my iPhone). Customer service told me if you buy coins on one device you can’t on another, it’s kind of a scam because every other app sync’s with the others. It’s quite cheaper than other apps so it’s less in the long run but it’s still a bit deceptive. They should give a warning before you purchase that any purchase will only be purchased for that one device.
