We believe that leading a healthy life starts in the kitchen. We run educational programs where our science-backed recipes will help you reach your health goals while learning the cooking skills to maintain them. This app supplements these programs by providing: - Recipes that support your needs: We know starting something new can be challenging. To make it easier, Pursuit meets you where you are by offering three levels from microwaving meals to sautéing on the stove. Every dish is delicious and something that you and your family will enjoy. - Swap outs: All of our recipes can accommodate your personal food preferences and ingredients you already have. - The Pursuit Button: To start preparing your meal, click on the Pursuit button for step by step instructions and video demonstrations. Skills are repeated. Once you know how to do a skill, feel free to move on to the next step.
